ChinaErrand provides errand, agent, and assistance services for foreigners in China. All services are provided on an "as described" basis.
All services provided by ChinaErrand comply with Chinese laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse any request that is illegal, unethical, or violates Chinese law. By using our services, you confirm that your request is legal and compliant.
We provide a clear quote before starting any work. Payment is required before or upon completion of the service, as agreed. We accept bank transfer, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and PayPal.
ChinaErrand acts as an agent on your behalf. We do not guarantee outcomes that depend on third parties (e.g., government approval, bank decisions). Processing times are estimates and may vary.
We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required to complete your requested service.
ChinaErrand's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
If we are unable to complete a service due to our own fault, a full refund will be provided. If a service cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., government policy changes), a partial refund may be offered.
